The Perfect Soul Chai Latte

by the batch—
For 32 oz of concentrate:
Dose 12g Chai + 1 cup sugar in a container with a leak-proof lid
Add 200mL of 208℉+ water & let bloom for 2 min before adding 750ml (filling up your vessel the rest of the way) of cold, filtered water
Shake well between pours & serve 1:1 with milk.
Don’t forget, Soul Chai was designed to be entirely customizable to your preference! Add more chai or adjust the ratio of chai to milk if it needs more punch and add more sugar if your customers prefer a sweeter latte.
