The Perfect Soul Chai Latte

by the batch—

For 32 oz of concentrate:

  1. Dose 15g Chai + 1 /3 cup sugar in a container with a leak-proof lid

  2. Add 200mL of 208℉+ water & let bloom for 2 min before adding 750ml (filling up your vessel the rest of the way) of cold, filtered water

  3. Shake well between pours & serve 1:1 with milk.

    *Scaled recipe as needed.

    Want more strength/spice? Add more chai! Try chai 1.5 : 1 milk if your milk has a higher fat content. Don’t be afraid to add more sugar if your customers prefer a sweeter latte.

    *Store refrigerated up to 8 days
