Vanilla Chai Chia Pudding
Wholesome, creamy & delicious Vanilla Chai Chia Pudding that’s perfect for breakfast, a mid-day snack or a healthy dessert! add your favorite fruit toppings + drizzles to this simple base recipe~
ingredients
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk 
- 1/4 cup chia seeds 
- 2 tsp citrus zest 
- 2 tsp soul chai powder 
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
- 3 tbsp maple syrup 
- pinch of salt 
optional toppings:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt 
- slices/diced apricots 
- shredded coconut 
- maple syrup/agave 
it’s easy!
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Let sit for 2-3 minutes then mix again 
- Cover and place in the fridge for 2+ hours before serving
